November 2015 I made an appointment for Dr. Caserio. The soonest available date was today, May 29, 2016. Prior to my appt, I received multiple phone calls and emails ensuring I would definitely be there. As requested by the office, I showed up 15 min prior to my appt time and signed in. An hour AFTER my scheduled time, I was not even acknowledged. I walked up and asked how much longer I would be waiting to which the receptionist informed me that I was never even checked in. Instead of offering to be the very next patient back, I was offered another appt, in late June, with a completely different doctor. Now had I not shown up, I would have been charged a no show fee. Who holds doctors accountable? I had to take time off work, for an appointment I made 6 MONTHS AGO and was never seen because they FORGOT to check me in. Funny how that works.
